An evening
Through the theatre season
The Bolshoi in Moscow was founded in 1776, its present building opened in 1825, and it reopened in 2011 after six years of restoration, with 1,740 seats. The Bolshoi Ballet is the largest ballet company in the world, with more than 200 dancers.
In Saint Petersburg the Mariinsky opened in 1860, saw the premiere of Tchaikovsky's The Queen of Spades in 1890, and added a second stage in 2013. We choose the right performance for you and your children, and book seats well before you arrive.
