Our role
Togather Luxury Travel acts as an intermediary between you and the suppliers of your journey: hotels, airlines, insurers, and transfer and experience providers. We design, book and follow your journey on your behalf, and each supplier provides its service under its own terms.
Proposals
We send you a written proposal with the details and cost of your journey, stating how long it is valid. Prices are given on request and are subject to availability until the moment of confirmation, because hotels and airlines may change them without notice.
Confirmation
Nothing is booked until you have approved the proposal in writing, by WhatsApp or email, and paid the amount due. We then confirm the bookings and send you the confirmations. Please check names and dates as soon as you receive them, as later corrections may carry a supplier's fee.
Payment
- We issue a proforma invoice showing each payment and the date it is due.
- Payment is by bank transfer, only to the company account shown on the proforma.
- A deposit is usually required to secure the booking, with the balance due by a set date before travel.
- If a payment does not arrive on time, the supplier may cancel the booking, and the cancellation terms then apply.
Changes and cancellation
Every hotel, airline and supplier has its own terms for changes, cancellations and refunds, and some rates are non-refundable. We show you these terms before you confirm, and they are set out in your proposal. When you ask for a change or a cancellation, we explain what it involves, and any fees, before we act, and nothing changes without your agreement.
Documents and visas
Travellers are responsible for holding a valid passport, the visas and permits each destination requires, and for meeting health and other entry requirements. We explain the requirements we know of and help you apply for any visa, but the decision to grant one rests with the authorities.
Insurance
We recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies and lost baggage, and can arrange it for you. Cover is subject to the insurer's terms.
Special requests
We pass on your special requests, such as a view, a type of bed or an early arrival, and follow them up, but they depend on availability unless the supplier confirms them in writing.
During your journey
If anything is wrong, tell us straight away on WhatsApp, so we can put it right with the supplier at the time. Problems we hear about only after you return are much harder to resolve.
Circumstances beyond our control
We are not responsible for what cannot be delivered because of events beyond our and our suppliers' control, such as natural disasters, official decisions or airport closures. We will work with you to find alternatives under the suppliers' terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. For any question, write to info@togathertravel.com.
