Who we are
Togather Luxury Travel is a travel office based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are responsible for the personal data you give us through this website, WhatsApp, telephone or email, and we process it under the Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, mobile number, email address and city.
- Travel preferences: destinations, dates, the number and ages of travellers, the kind of stay you prefer, an approximate budget and any special requests.
- Booking details: travellers' names as they appear in their passports, passport numbers and expiry dates, dates of birth and nationality, only when a booking is confirmed.
- Sensitive details where needed: health or dietary requirements you tell us about so we can arrange your trip. We collect these only with your explicit consent.
- Technical data: basic information about how the site is used, such as browser type and pages visited, to improve and protect it.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiries and prepare your proposals.
- To make and manage your bookings with hotels, airlines and other suppliers.
- To issue proformas and invoices, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
- To support you during your journey and keep in touch about it.
- To send offers and news, only if you have agreed; you can withdraw that agreement at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your data. We share it only as far as needed to carry out your booking: with the hotels, airlines, insurers and transfer or experience providers involved in your journey, and with official bodies when applying for a visa or when the law requires it. We use technical service providers to host the website and store data, and they are bound to protect it.
Transfers outside the Kingdom
Many of your bookings are with hotels and companies outside Saudi Arabia, so some of your data must be sent to them to carry out the booking you asked for. We send only the data needed for that, and only as the law allows.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for any period the law requires, such as for accounting records. Passport copies and details are deleted once your journey is over and any related claims are settled, unless the law requires otherwise.
How we protect it
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure, and only the members of our team who need it to serve you can see it.
Your rights
- To be told how and why we collect your data.
- To see your data and receive a copy of it.
- To have your data corrected, updated or completed.
- To have your data deleted once it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- To withdraw your consent to any processing that relies on it.
We reply to your request as soon as we can, and within the periods the law sets. You may also complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) if you believe your data has been handled in breach of the law.
