About the content
What we publish about destinations, hotels, experiences and sample journeys is for information and inspiration only, and is not a binding offer. Prices are not shown on the site; they are given in a private proposal on request. Hotel facilities, services and seasons may change without our knowledge, and we confirm the details in your proposal.
Requests through the site
Sending the planning form or a WhatsApp message is a request to be contacted, not a booking. Nothing is booked until you approve a written proposal in writing, under our booking and cancellation terms.
Intellectual property
The text, design and logos on this site belong to Togather Luxury Travel or are used with their owners' permission. Hotel logos and photographs belong to their owners. You may not copy or republish the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt unauthorised access to its systems, and not to submit false information or other people's details without their permission.
Reviews
When you send us a review of your journey, you allow us to publish it on the site under your name as you wrote it. We may decline to publish anything offensive or anything that contains personal data. Every review is read before it appears.
Other websites
We may refer to hotels' or other parties' websites. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.
Limits of liability
We take reasonable care that the information on the site is accurate, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or that the site will always be available, and we are not liable for loss arising from relying on the general content alone, without a written proposal.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
