Tropical elegance on Le Morne

Dinarobin is a place of calm, made for a holiday that restores body and mind. It stands on the western shore of the Le Morne peninsula, with Le Morne Brabant, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, rising straight behind it: a dramatic backdrop for days that can be as quiet or as active as you like.

There are only suites and villas, designed to sit lightly in the landscape: broad timber terraces, sea views and tropical gardens planted with rare trees and flowers. At the heart of the resort is the spa, where treatments can also be taken on the beach.

Dinarobin shares its facilities with its neighbour, Paradis Beachcomber, so you have the 18-hole championship golf course and eight restaurants, four in each resort. On the water there is plenty to do, including the resort's own internationally accredited kitesurfing school. Throughout, the team is attentive to every request.

Eating at Dinarobin is a different journey each day without leaving the resort. It is known as one of the island's leading dining addresses, with four restaurants that range from a refined menu in an elegant room to a relaxed meal on one of the finest beaches in Mauritius. Each has its own style, all share the resort's signature, and the partnership with neighbouring Paradis Beachcomber adds four more.

L'HarmonieThe main restaurant above the large pool, with a timber deck among the palms and a dining room in the style of a colonial veranda. A lavish breakfast, then a different themed buffet each evening with live cooking stations. Dinarobin has everything a holiday needs: the mountain, the turquoise lagoon, a fine spa, a kids' club and personal service from the beach, restaurant and spa teams. The spa sits in lush gardens at the foot of Le Morne, inspired by the calm of the East, with 12 massage rooms, two dry and two wet steam baths, a heated pool, a hair and beauty salon and a personal training studio. The free kids' club, for ages 3 to 11, is a thatched timber pavilion in the style of a Mauritian bungalow, under a great badamier tree beside the beach, with a garden of white sand facing the sea, a qualified team and workshops in art, nature, cooking and culture. Babysitting is available on request with 24 hours' notice.
