SEA sits six metres down beside a channel more than 50 metres deep. Its acrylic windows reach beyond your field of view and sit a little lower than the tables, so you feel part of the reef. There are only eight tables, with set menus at lunch and dinner.

It is mainly for the resort's guests, and best reserved with the stay. If you are staying elsewhere in Baa, we ask whether a table can be arranged before promising one.
