Founded in 2021 by the Syrian brothers Mohammad, Wassim and Omar Orfali at Wasl 51 in Jumeirah 1, it topped Middle East and North Africa's 50 Best Restaurants three years running and rose to two Michelin stars in the 2026 Dubai guide. The kitchen opens over two floors, and the tasting menus weave Syrian flavours with Turkish and Armenian notes.

No alcohol is served, which makes it an easy choice for families. It is closed on Tuesdays; book weeks ahead.
