Private Boat Trips and Dinner on the Sand
A private boat to an uninhabited island or a sandbank in the lagoon, then dinner on white sand under the stars, served for you alone.
The Maldives
The experience
Discover an uninhabited island aboard a private boat, or dine on white sand under the stars, with refined service arranged entirely for you. It is the moment our guests come back and describe first.
Sandbanks, finolhu in Dhivehi, are strips of white sand that rise in the lagoon and shift with the tide. The boat takes you out at midday to swim and picnic, or before sunset, when you find a table laid, a chef and someone to serve you; then the team steps back so the privacy is complete.
The evening can begin with a sunset cruise on a traditional dhoni, often joined by spinner dolphins at the channel mouths. Some resorts also hold whole-day picnics on uninhabited islands of their own, among the coconut palms and the shade.
We arrange the menu to your taste, fully halal, with the Arabic or Maldivian dishes you prefer, and choose the time by the tide and the wind. For an occasion, a marriage contract, an anniversary or a birthday, we add flowers, lighting and music as you wish.
