Designed on Vastu principles

The resort follows the ancient Indian science of Vastu Shastra, arranged for balance, energy and calm. The effect is subtle but real: you sleep better and feel more at ease with the landscape around you.

Shanti Spa

At 7,500 m², Shanti Spa is one of the largest in the Indian Ocean, with a holistic approach to body and mind. Three yoga classes a day are complimentary, and a personal consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor is part of the stay.

Shanti Kids Club

The Shanti Kids Club covers 2,000 m², with its own pool and activities for children from 4 months to under 12 (care for 4 months to 3 years carries a charge). Experienced staff keep them exploring, learning and playing.

Golf at Avalon Golf Estate

Unlimited play on the 18-hole Avalon course, with green fees, buggy and return transfers included. The course sits high in the hills, with a challenging layout and long views.

Shanti Spa treats body, mind and spirit together, with energising exercise, massage and wellness programmes designed to carry on after you leave. There are yoga rooms with sprung floors, meditation rooms, a jacuzzi and lap pool, Watsu and AquaFit pools and a beauty salon. The menu runs from Ayurveda, yoga and hydrotherapy to body scrubs, massage and Watsu, with spiritual, sensory and nutrition programmes alongside. Packages are tailored to each guest, classes run from yoga to AquaFit, and live online sessions, including personal yoga and training, health consultations and free weekly group classes, continue the work at home.
