Raja's is inside the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa and serves Balinese cuisine in a refined room of carved wood and traditional fabrics. Its best-known dish is betutu: chicken or duck marinated in 16 Balinese spices, wrapped in leaves and slow-cooked. The restaurant reopened in 2026 with a new interior and a menu drawn from Bali's different regions.

Raja's has been known for halal certification from Bali's council of Islamic scholars, and we confirm the certificate is current with the restaurant before every booking. It opens for dinner only, so we reserve your table in advance.
