Ithaa Undersea Restaurant

Ithaa Undersea Restaurant, Conrad Maldives Rangali Island

Ithaa opened in 2005 at Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, five metres down, under an acrylic vault that gives a 270-degree view of the reef. It seats fourteen at dinner and serves contemporary European cooking with Asian touches.

Guests from outside the resort are welcome: a four-course lunch for all ages and a six-course dinner for those aged 14 and over, and it can be reserved entirely for you. Book at least 24 hours ahead; it opens only on certain days of the week, and guests staying at a resort 100 km or more away need a night at Conrad.
