For more than 120 years it has hosted state banquets, weddings and gatherings of the famous, and breakfast is served here. SavvaSAVVAAuthentic, inventive Russian cooking with a Michelin star, reopened in October 2020 by restaurateur Arkady Novikov and Andrey Shmakov, the hotel's executive chef. It is named after the patron Savva Mamontov and faces the Bolshoi Theatre.
