Peruvian-Japanese cooking

Yuzu stands over the lagoon and brings the fresh heat of Peruvian cooking together with Japanese precision: the cuisine known as Nikkei. The chefs work with the best produce and with fish caught sustainably by local fishermen.

A place to restore

Raffles Spa is deeply quiet, with three overwater treatment rooms for couples and a VIP couples' suite. Fitness and yoga classes, in a group or one to one, take place on a secluded open-air deck. There are relaxation areas, a modern gym, an outdoor pool and grooming for men and women.
